What should I send for a custom plush inquiry?
Send artwork or a reference, approximate size, intended use, destination country and planned quantity. Add material, branding and packaging preferences if known.
Can I start with a sketch rather than technical artwork?
A sketch or a written concept can start the discussion. Shape, proportions, materials and construction still need to be defined before a production specification can be confirmed.
How do OEM and ODM projects differ?
OEM starts from your design or specification. ODM starts from a concept that needs development. The sample scope and final specifications must be agreed in either route.
Price and sampling
What determines the price and minimum order quantity?
Size, construction complexity, fabric, filling, attachments, branding, packaging and order quantity affect the quotation. Share your planned volume so the discussion can be specific.
How are sample costs and lead times confirmed?
Sample scope, charges, revision arrangements and timing are agreed for the individual project. Production timing is confirmed after the required design and order details are available.
Can I review a sample before bulk production?
Agree the sampling plan, review the sample and document any revisions. Confirm the approved sample together with written specifications before bulk production.
Customization options
Which plush details can be customized?
Discuss shape, size, fabric, filling, colors, embroidery, appliqué, labels, hangtags and packaging. The suitable options depend on construction and intended use.
Can plush keychains include custom attachments?
Include the attachment type, position and intended use in your brief. The attachment and its connection to the plush should be considered alongside the market and age group requirements.
How should I prepare a mascot or licensed character project?
Provide the character reference and confirm that you own the rights or have authorization to use it. Discuss proportions, required brand details and approval responsibilities.

How are US and European market requirements handled?
Identify the destination, age group and intended use first. Review applicable testing, labeling and documentation requirements for the specific product before confirming the order.
Can the order include private-label packaging?
Include labels, hangtags, packaging artwork, barcode needs and any assortment or set requirements in the brief. Confirm the final packaging specification with the product.
How do I send artwork or product references?
Use the project inquiry form to start the conversation, then send artwork and reference files by email or WhatsApp. Avoid sending confidential material before agreeing any required confidentiality arrangements.
