Business inquiries
This website introduces custom plush manufacturing and development for business buyers. Submitting an inquiry does not by itself create a purchase order or manufacturing agreement.
Product information and images
Concept images and product directions illustrate possible project formats. Final appearance, materials, dimensions, labels, packaging and other specifications are agreed for the individual project. Where an image is illustrative, it is identified as such.
Quotations and orders
Pricing, currency, minimum quantities, sample charges, lead times, delivery terms and payment conditions are confirmed in the relevant quotation or written agreement. Please resolve any discrepancy before approving the order.
Samples and approvals
Agree the sampling scope, revision process and approval responsibilities before development begins. The approved sample and written specification provide the agreed reference for production.
Artwork and intellectual property
Submit artwork, characters, trademarks and reference materials that you own or are authorized to use. Any licensing, confidentiality or ownership arrangements should be agreed before protected materials are used for a project.
Product and market requirements
Tell us the intended use, age group and destination market. Specific testing, labeling and documentation requirements should be included in the project agreement.
